The Triple Ripple is a good butt plug for beginning anal stretching exercises. It's fairly thin, and has three graduated bumps.

This plug is 5" tall (4.25" insertable). The bumps are 1.25" thick (4.25" around); 1.5" thick (5" around); and 1.75" thick (5.5" around).
