The same thing happened to me. It was already broken when it arrived. It was upsetting and a waste of money. Don't get this one!

I ranked this product a one because I had this for one day and already it broke. It has two strips of metal that bend over the opening where you put the batteries and when I went to take the batteries out those strips of metal broke and now it doesn't work. Don't waste your money on this product like I did.
