Pretty good overall, but some annoying problems. The nipples, vagina, and anus all have very good feel, and the hair and face are good enough they don't mess things up. Mouth is too small. The arms pop off nearly every time it's inflated, hard to pop back on. they won't bend anyway, so you might want to just get them in place and glue them there. The vagina/anus part does not seal well to the main body, and repeated patches with silicon sealant helped some but didn't really fix the leaks. There' not much clearance around the entries, so you may end up scraping against the side where they're attached (ouch). After maybe 20 uses, the back of the main entry tore through, which looks unfixable.
